The GHS Freshmen Academy kicked off the school year by helping students build strong high school habits in their Freshmen Experience class — from note-taking and time management, to professional communication and responsible technology use. Students also explored inclusion through Unified Sports Week, learning about tolerance, teamwork, and Goodyear High’s role in the Unified program. In September, students began their Pathway Rotations, diving into the Performing and Visual Arts through hands-on experiences in Band, Dance, Choir, Theatre, Drawing & Painting, and Sculpture & Ceramics.
