Welcome to another exciting year at Goodyear High School!

Whether you are returning for your sophomore year or joining us as a member of the Class of 2030, we are excited to have you as part of the Maverick family.

To our returning 10th-grade students, this year brings a new opportunity and responsibility. As the first class to return to Goodyear High School, you are no longer just helping build our school, you are now its leaders. Your actions, attitude, and commitment will define our culture and set the example for every student who follows. We are counting on you to lead with integrity, pride, and purpose.

To our incoming freshmen, welcome to your new home. You are joining a school that is quickly building a tradition of excellence, and we cannot wait to see the unique talents, energy, and ideas you will bring to our campus. From your first day forward, we encourage you to embrace the Maverick Mindset: Be Inspired. Stay Invested. These are more than words, they are the foundation of who we are and how we treat one another.
