Staff and students have the opportunity to nominate students who they believe best exemplify the Maverick Mindset "Be Inspired, Stay Invested"

Self - Set meaningful goals and commit to lifelong growth.

Jazzariah P.S.

Jazzariah is very outgoing and kind, and she participates actively in class. She is always sweet to others, gets her work done, and is an amazing friend to her peers.

Brayden is a very good student who always completes his work and treats others with kindness and respect. He consistently supports his peers and brings positive Maverick vibes wherever he goes.

Cadence has shown time and time again that she is a determined, funny, and kind hearted individual. She exemplifies the Maverick Mindset, constantly trying to better her and the community around her. With her strong capabilities she is the perfect fit for Maverick of the Month.

Aaron is kind, respectful, and always willing to help others. He has shown kindness to so many people and consistently makes a positive impact on those around him.

James is a hardworking and dedicated student who consistently puts forth his best effort. He supports his peers by being kind, helpful, and respectful.

Sophia is super intelligent and deserves attention. She is very shy yet makes sure she stays on top of her work 24/7 and I believe this dedication should be recognized.

Isaiah is a wonderful student, always trying to grow and learn more about the topic at hand. He always gives his best and always tries to better himself. Isaiah also never fails to make you laugh with his witty remarks and great humor. If there is anyone that deserves to be Maverick of the Month, it's Isaiah.

Olivia K.

Olivia is incredibly dedicated to student council and is an amazing friend and role model. She consistently shows kindness to others and actively engages in acts of service. Liv is truly one of the sweetest people, caring deeply for everyone and always willing to lend a hand. She embodies compassion and the Maverick mindset, working tirelessly through STUGO to make our campus the best it can be. She is an exceptional student and an even more exceptional human being.

Noah A.

Noah has been consistent from day one on campus. He is genuine and deeply caring toward those around him, approaches school and his work with joy, and exemplifies what it means to be a hard worker. Noah is always willing to go out of his way to make sure others are taken care of. His positive, infectious personality fully embodies the Maverick Mindset. When in doubt, just remember: “What Would Noah Do?” is always the right answer.

Phineas L. is always a ray of joy. He offers such amazing insight on all sorts of things, Phineas never seems to run out of energy, allowing him to be the perfect student for this award.

Mia M. is a kind, respectful, and positive student who consistently demonstrates perseverance and leadership. She approaches each day with enthusiasm and a readiness to learn, often stepping up to help classmates and even guide the class through activities. Her willingness to support others, cheerful attitude, and genuine kindness make her a joy to have in the classroom and a role model for her peers.

Adrian O. is a kind, genuine, and hardworking student who consistently brings positive energy to the classroom. He treats everyone with respect and is always ready to help others, often taking initiative without being asked. His charisma and good humor make him a great friend and someone his peers enjoy being around. Adrian’s steady presence, strong work ethic, and caring nature make him a role model, and he continues to show great potential as a future leader.

Brooklynn shines as a true example of the Maverick spirit! She is super sweet, lively, and always carries herself with a smile that brightens the room. Brooklynn is an upstanding individual who not only contributes to a positive school spirit but also leads by example with her hard work and kind disposition. She’s the kind of friend who goes above and beyond, helping others with everything from schoolwork to personal challenges, always offering encouragement and support along the way. Her cheerful energy and caring nature make her a beloved part of our school community!

Victor, Maverick of the Month for August

Victor is a shining example of kindness, humility, and respect. In every setting, he carries himself with a genuine and considerate attitude, always striving to include and know those around him. In PE, Victor stands out as a leader who participates wholeheartedly and puts others before himself, showing selflessness each day. Beyond the classroom, he is the kind of friend everyone hopes to have—always giving, always trustworthy, and always there to support others through challenges big or small. On top of his positive character, Victor is academically driven, maintaining strong grades and working diligently toward a bright and successful future. His respect, leadership, and compassion make him a truly outstanding member of our school community.
